Impact July 2020

Our mission is to create a just society that has the utmost respect for all human life from fertilisation. We live this out by providing positive alternatives to abortion through support for women and families and education for young people. Thanks for being a part of this.

Every month we help women as they face the possibility that they might be pregnant. By offering free pregnancy tests, we are accompanying women from the very first moment of their pregnancy journey. In July, 127 women a day asked us for a free pregnancy test.

Pregnancy Matters™ Online is skilled listening service by phone, text, or email for anyone affected by pregnancy issues. In July 2020, 473 people asked us for help. This is up from the last two years.

Life Matters® outreach

In the past year, Life's made 50 media appearances in 32 media outlets, making sure as many people hear our valuable message and how we can help them.

How Retail’s doing

You may have noticed that Life’s shops have been reopening throughout July after being shut because of COVID-19. In five weeks, the staff there have achieved excellent results. In fact, they’re selling nearly 90% of what they sold last year! This is encouraging because high streets are still quite empty. Here’s Charlotte Cox, National Retail Manager, showing you how we’re keeping you safe when you visit a Life shop.

Here are three of the five babies born in a Life House in July!

Thank you for taking the time to visit our impact page! We’re passionate about supporting women, children and families and are delighted to share with you how we’re making a difference. With your help, we are providing positive alternatives to abortion and changing lives one woman, one baby at a time.
