£160 goes a long way!

Friends of Life in Bridgnorth raised £160 this weekend with a stall near the Bridgnorth town hall – thank you!

Items sold included baby cardigans, hats, booties, blankets, and teddies. Local church supporters also donated home-made jams, marmalade, and cakes. Other stallholders remarked that the Bridgnorth friends did really well.

The friends will now take unsold goods to the Wolverhampton Life shop.

£160 goes a long way – with that amount, we can do all of the following:

  1. This is great. It really showcases that you don't need to be rich to help. Just being rich in the heart is already enough

    I am really pleased to read of the opportunities afforded to speak to pupils in schools/colleges - it is most important that they should know before any possibly future event may overtake them (by poor choices, or regrettable situations) that there is an alternative to the personally destructive choices usually presented to young folks. We really cannot underestimate the value of such speaking opportunities.
