The national charity Life has reopened its Leicester shop in Granby St today as the charity looks to help and house over 200 mums this Christmas
The shop has undergone a complete makeover, and re-opened its doors at 11am today as the charity’s flagship boutique. The shop has been trading in Granby St for many years and has been well supported by shoppers but needed a makeover.
Life’s Head of Retail, Kerry Smart has been recruited to the charity to bring the shops into the 21st century and breathe new ‘Life’ into the retail chain. She said “Life supports women and their families in all pregnancy related matters. This Christmas the charity will be housing over 210 mums and their babies in their network of supported housing.”
Liz Harris, shop Manager said “I’m really excited to be giving our customers a fresh new look in the boutique. We will be selling good quality Ladies, Men’s and Children’s wear all at competitive prices, we look forward to seeing you all, to pick up a bargain”
Founder of Life, Professor Jack Scarisbrick officially opened the boutique today.
The Life Boutique standard opening hours are 10AM to 5PM Monday to Saturday.
