My work did not save

Download the activities onto your device then open your copy, complete and save with your name, unit and assessment heading before submitting to your tutor.

What do I do if the unit does not load?

Check your internet connection and retry by closing down the page and re-opening it.  If that does not work contact your tutor.

I am unable to open a video

Check your internet connection, close and re-start.  If that does not work contact your tutor, we will help out on a case by case basis.

Has the unit I just completed been successfully sent to my tutor?

You will receive an email confirmation from your tutor that your assessments have been received.

Can I download the content on my device?

Please read page 18 in the Learner Policy Booklet to learn more about the learner agreement and intellectual property.

Can I get an extension for an assessment deadline?

Contact your tutor to make a request.  If relevant you can read the ‘Withdrawal of learner policy’ that can be found on page 11 of the Learner Policy Booklet

When can I expect feedback for a submitted unit?

Feedback will be given within two weeks of receiving a completed unit if there is any delay your tutor will be in contact to let you know.

When do I get my certificate?

This will depend on whether you have completed the four mandatory units and if you have any outstanding work to hand-in, but usually no later than four to eight weeks.

I am unable to access the Learner Zone

Send an email your tutor or phone us as soon as possible and we will help you to get back learning as soon as possible.

How many times am I allowed to re-submit if I did not achieve the criteria for a unit?

You will be able to talk to your tutor who will go through re-submissions with you and support you to achieve the required criteria to receive a pass for the unit.
