FREE access to skilled listening and counselling

In June, 320 people reached out to our Helpline, finding a place to talk safely and be heard. Whatever is going on for you around a pregnancy, past, present or future, we’re here to listen

SPOTLIGHT:

Of the women who shared what their main barrier to continuing a pregnancy was, 54% said it was managing a new baby as well as their existing children.

70% of the people we spoke to were feeling anxious or worried about the pregnancy.

20% of the women sharing wellbeing issues were living with domestic abuse or had suffered rape.

Mums and babies housed

During May, 162 mums and babies found a place of safety and sanctuary to live, who would otherwise be homeless, unsupported, or at risk.

Free pregnancy tests

In May, 1,451 women asked for a free, discreet pregnancy test. This enabled women to reach out early for support and find someone to walk with them on their pregnancy journey.

This month, Helpline listeners by text, phone call or email received 7% more clients than the previous month.
