We’re on the lookout for a compassionate, driven, and experienced Female Senior Support Worker to become a vital part of our dedicated team based in Walsall. In this rewarding role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, trauma-informed support that truly transforms lives.

Main Purposes of the Role:

  • Be a vital support to the Area Services Coordinator and Manager, helping drive impactful service delivery.
  • Provide compassionate, tailored support that empowers clients emotionally, practically, and with housing needs—making a real difference in their lives.
  • Ensure clients have access to safe, secure, and high-quality accommodation that fosters stability and growth.
  • Champion a trauma-informed approach, inspiring clients to unlock their potential and build the confidence and skills needed to thrive independently.

Life is a national pregnancy support charity that helps over 60,000 people a year. Through our services, we help people – whoever they are – to meet pregnancy or pregnancy loss with courage and dignity so they can flourish.

Hours: 22 hours per week
