Senior Support Worker – Belfast

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Female Senior Support Worker to join our team. The Senior Support Worker will play a key role in delivering high-quality support to clients.

Main purposes of the job:

  • To provide additional support to the Area Services Coordinator and Manager as required
  • Deliver a high quality service which provides clients with emotional, housing and practical support according to their needs
  • Providing safe, secure and high quality accommodation to clients
  • Work in a trauma informed way to empower clients to maximise their potential and gain the skills to live independently

Salary: £14,277.60 per annum

Hours: 20 hours per week (ideally spread across 4 days)

(Flexibility required to cover holiday/absence)
