At Life, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Area Services Coordinator to join our team and help us provide top-quality, trauma-informed support services and housing. You will work with the Area Services Manager to ensure that services are consistently delivered in a trauma-informed manner and ensure that housing management policies and practices are implemented efficiently.
Main Purposes of the Job:
- Supporting staff and/or volunteers as appropriate. Through facilitating regular supervision sessions that promote learning and understanding of the impact of working in a trauma informed way
- Overseeing the day to day operations of the houses and associated activities, ensuring appropriate level of staff cover
- Working in partnership with other service providers and agencies to enable the holistic support needs of clients to be met
- Monitor and action the referrals system to ensure rapid response rates for clients are maintained and maximisation of conversions rates is achieved
- Contributing in service delivery and projects through facilitating working parties

Salary: £21,500 FTE
Hours: 28 hours per week (over 4 days)
Location: Based in Surrey – Covering Surrey, Bracknell and Bath
Contract: (6 Months with view to go permanent)
