About
Life Link Three supports women and families in the West London area. We provide supported accommodation, skilled listening and counselling, as well as practical supplies such as clothing and nappies in our Hounslow Drop-In Centre.
Who we are
Link Manager – Karen Newman
Supervising the housing, practical and emotional support offer in the area, Karen manages the seven Life houses in this region and a team of support workers and volunteers to ensure our resident mums and babies receive the best support.
Karen has been working to support pregnant women and mothers with new babies in Life’s supported housing for 19 years before moving into Link Three in 2018.
Drop-in Centre
We run a drop-in centre in Hounslow where volunteers are available to provide families with the practical items they may need. Everything from wipes and nappies, to prams and cots. We accept donations too, so if you have any clothes/prams/Moses baskets that you no longer need, we’d love to take them off your hands.
The Centre is currently open Tuesdays and Fridays, 11am – 2pm.
Volunteer with us
Volunteering is changing. We appreciate that many of you may have one or two hours a week or month to give and you want it to be flexible. Your support is the backbone of what we do.
The Hub model means the creation of new and exciting volunteer roles to fit in with today’s lifestyles. We want your volunteering experience to be rewarding – to provide opportunities to learn and grow, meet new people, enhance your CVs – be part of a winning team.
Whether your talent lies in public speaking, skilled listening, fundraising or helping with our Drop-In Centre, there’s a volunteer role for you. We will post specific volunteer opportunities on this page where you can help us out on specific projects.
